Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Footwear should be returned in its original box, placed inside protective outer packaging.

Bespoke, made-to-measure, customised, pre-order, and final sale items are non-returnable.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges for size or colour where available. If the desired replacement is not in stock, you may opt for store credit.
Return Process

Our team will guide you through the approval process and provide return instructions.

Ship the item(s) back using a tracked and insured service — we recommend the same courier that delivered your order.

Once received and inspected, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
International Returns
For orders shipped outside Nigeria, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any duties or taxes incurred during return transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
